Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You can pay via our website or by ordering over the phone if you have a credit or debit card.
To order by phone please call 0129825991 (Line open during shop opening hours only).
We can accept deposits to reserve items for the customer, a 20% deposit will be required and the item shall be reserved for up to 2 weeks. If the item isn’t paid for within the 2 weeks period Fresh have the right to retain and not refund the full 20% deposit unless further payments are made.
If you require us to order in goods that we do not have in stock, we will require a full 100% payment upfront before we order the item.
Other methods of Payment
We also accept payment by cheque and cash. We will expect the cheque or cash to arrive to us within 7 working days. If the cheque hasn’t arrived within this period we have the right to put the item back on sale.
