Delivery - Surf Wear ShopFresh Delivery’s Policy

1. The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail 1st class or parcel class depending on the size.

2. All orders will be despatched with in 2 working days of receipt.

3. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, it will be ordered straight away, alternative suggested or a full refund given.

4. Items being ordered from our suppliers will take up to 10 working days however we will notify of this delay and endeavour to get the item to you as soon as we can.

5. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

6. Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 2 working days, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.

7. If any order takes longer than stated above please telephone our Website Manager Mr M Collins via our shop 01298 25991 (he will call you back).

8. Fresh reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Fresh does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Fresh is responsible for the error.
